IsMyRentFair.sg helps Singapore renters understand if their monthly rent is fair by comparing against real market data from the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).
Our database contains >9,700 rental transactions across all 28 postal districts, giving you data-driven insights for your rental decisions.
Data Source
All rental data is sourced directly from URA's Property Market Information portal. This includes private residential rental contracts submitted to IRAS for Stamp Duty assessment.
Data is updated monthly on the 15th and covers the last 60 months of transactions.
